Aloha, I’m Reynaldo “Rjay” Katigbak Jr.

I am a self-taught photographer based in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, specializing in cinematic, natural light portraits and versatile event coverage. My photography style emphasizes authentic moments, genuine emotion, and vibrant atmospheres—whether capturing couples, families, or milestone celebrations.

My journey into photography began with a simple wish: to impress my then girlfriend (now my wife!) with beautiful photos. After starting with a basic DSLR camera in 2009, I slowly fell in love with the art, moving from entry-level equipment to professional Sony and Leica gear. What began as a gesture for someone I cared about has become my obsession and purpose—making photography my business and passion.

Outside of photography, I work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, where my dedication to care and precision is reflected in every image I create.
