PORTRAIT SESSIONS

Individuals, Couples, Families

  • Mini Session: 30 minutes, 20 expertly edited images — $275

  • Standard Session: 60 minutes, 35 expertly edited images — $425

  • Deluxe Session: 90 minutes, 60 expertly edited images — $650

    • All Portraits Include:

      • Specified session duration & edited image count

      • 2 rounds of gallery revisions (if requested within 14 days of delivery)

      • Standard retouching: professional color grading, blemish/skin fixes, flyaway/distraction removal, subtle smoothing

      • Online Pic-Time gallery delivery

PROPOSAL / ENGAGEMENT SESSION

  • Surprise or planned session — 60 minutes, 35+ expertly edited images — $495

  • Fully guided logistics & location advice, online Pic-Time gallery

EVENT COVERAGE

  • $150 per hour (3-hour minimum booking)

  • Unlimited guests

  • Candid & posed coverage, logistics guidance, online Pic-Time gallery delivery

  • Client specifies unique needs for tailored experience

COMMERCIAL / BRAND WORK

  • Individually quoted for business, brand, or product coverage

ADD-ONS & UPGRADES

  • Extra Edited Images: $12 each, or 10 for $100

  • Gallery Revisions (after included two): $10/image (or quoted if departing original scope)

  • Rush Gallery Delivery:

    • 7-day turnaround: +$125

    • 72-hour turnaround: +$250 (request at booking, subject to availability)

  • RAW Files: $800 for a 1-hour session (pro-rated for shorter durations)

  • Premium Retouching: $20 per image (for heavy skin fixes/major editing, quoted before work begins)

TRAVEL FEES — O‘AHU

  • West Side (Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Ko Olina, Makakilo, Waipahu): $0 (no fee)

  • Honolulu / Waikīkī / South Shore: $25

  • Windward / East / Central O‘ahu: $50

  • North Shore / Remote Areas: $75–$125

  • Permit fees are additional where required ($30 per permit, locations vary); photographer informs client if needed

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT STRUCTURE

  • Sessions/packages < $600: $150 deposit (non-refundable), required to secure your date

  • Sessions/packages $600 and up/event coverage: 25% of total price as deposit (non-refundable)

  • Balance Due: By the day of your session; for event coverage, payment due 3 days prior

  • Cancellations:

    • Deposit is non-refundable but you may reschedule once with 48+ hours notice at no charge

    • Cancellations under 48 hours: deposit forfeited, new booking requires new deposit

    • If photographer cancels, all payments refunded or option to reschedule

  • Payment Methods: Electronic invoice (credit/debit card), select digital wallets, cash (upon request)

POLICIES

  • Gallery Delivery: Standard turnaround within 2 weeks; rush options available

  • Pic-Time Gallery: Secure, online, downloadable, sharing & print ordering available

  • Image Usage: Two rounds of consolidated revisions included (within 14 days); extra edits available for listed fee

  • Weather/Rescheduling: Flexible rescheduling at no charge for weather or emergencies

  • Rebooking Fee: $35 (waived for weather emergencies)

  • Parking Fees/Tolls: Actual cost added for locations requiring paid parking, entry, or tolls
